What is your shipping Policy?
We offer the following rates for shipping Australia wide via Australia Post.
For orders under 500gm we offer shipping at a reduced cost of $10.
500gm to 2kg $15
2kg to 10kg $20
Above 10kg and orders over $120. Free.
Please note that we currently do not ship overseas at this time.
We endeavor to process all orders within 3 business days, however please allow longer during busier periods.
Once shipped you will be contacted with a confirmation email containing your order number and tracking details.
Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when ordering as Ona Melbourne cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information.
Please be aware that due to the current Covid-19 situation there may be a delay on parcels reaching their destination in the usual stated timeframe.
Returns and Exchanges
Ona Melbourne hopes you love your purchase as much as we enjoyed creating it, as we unfortunately do not accept returns for change of mind.
In the event of any breakages in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via the contact page. In order to be eligible for a replacement, we will require photographic evidence of the damage incurred to both the item and packaging along with your order number.
If your item/s should go missing in the delivery process, please contact us via the contact page and we will do our upmost to try to resolve the matter to the best of our abilities.
